1st Amendment

at the DNC many reporters including DemocracyNow's Amy Goodman were arrested, detained and kept from doing their job which is to report what is going on. The 1st Amendment covers the freedom of the press, of course charges were dropped but that was not the goal, the goal was to keep people from reporting what was going on, on the ground.
